It took me a while to find an LED insert for my fireplace that would fit because mine was an existing installation. This unit not only fit perfectly, but also had a nice wide, trim flange that actually made it appear bigger in the fireplace and covered where the previous unit had to be filled in with wood. This unit was completely plug and play after assembling the trim flange, and it was very easy to do. I think it took me all of 20 minutes. The fire is realistic enough and the crackling sound has five levels just like the brightness. As far as LED fireplaces go, this one is pretty cool, and again, my biggest thrill with it is the fact that it fit my application perfectly

Arrived as scheduled, very well packaged, and took only minutes to install and enjoy. Although no one would mistake it for a real fire, the effect is enjoyable, cozy, and adds warmth to the ambience. The "sound" isn't very convincing but of no consequence. Overall, very pleased with the product, looks great, fit exactly as measured, excellent choice.

We are in the process of building a fireplace into our living room and we have been using this during the process and it's great puts out real nice heat, the flame looks real good super quiet and real nice dimmable flame with realistic colors haven't completely finished the surround but mounted it just temporary for now being it's getting cold at nights but install is pretty simple. Even the crackle noise is cool

Most electric fireplaces have abysmally fake looking flames and I was very pleased to find this one as the "flames" it produces are far and away better than any other fireplaces I was researching.Puts out decent heat when a heat modes is selected, adjustable brightness provides plenty of choice, and the crackling sounds are a nice touch. Does sound a bit fake at higher volumes but at low volume it produces nice ambiance. I built a custom insert and am thoroughly pleased with the result. You pay a little more than the cheap options but it is completely worth it and it is good quality to boot. Highly recommend!

It arrived quickly and was packaged well. You can plug in and turn on and it works immediately. It is thin and fits nicely anyway.

We already decorated it to see how it looks LOL. We love it no complaints, works to take the chill off the room, and it looks gorgeous. Easy to assemble and install, just 8 or 10 small screws and slide it into place and enjoy.
