Solid brass, nice, tight fit...has identicle manufacturer's insignia on the body of the valve as the Horiznext valves that include clamps for $2 more.I looked at Lowes, Home Depot, Ace..nobody had these dual-3/8 I.D. hose barb with ball valve, to act as fuel line shut offs to and from my diesel tank in boat. Just filled 20 gal tank and discovered warped head and blown gasket, time to pull engine for rebuild, but had no way to shut off diesel from tank.

This shutoff valve is to replace shutoff valve that I had bought from Tractor Supply which failed to cut off the fuel supply to my outboard motor. The motor has no other way to cut off the fuel and leaving fuel in the carburetor causes big problems. I checked the new Joywayus shutoff before finishing the connection and it seemed to do its job.
