Such a simple and effective design, perfect in it's function and well crafted. The wood is beautiful and this stand is very sturdy and easy to assemble. I'm very happy that it has a String Swing cradle as I have one that is a wall hanger and have been very happy with it. I did a lot of research before deciding on Zither and couldn't be happier with it. It's well worth it's price. I've hung both my acoustic and electric guitars on it and the stand is extremely well balanced. I keep it in my workspace so I can reach a guitar anytime while sitting on my chair. I called Zither to find out what shipping service they use (FedEx) and it was a very pleasant exchange. I payed to have the order expedited and it arrived on the day Amazon said it would. Highly recommended!

“That is the coolest guitar stand I have ever seen.” That’s what a friend of mine said while visiting. I agree completely. As virtually all the other reviewers have said, this stand is BEAUTIFUL. It’s a fine furniture piece.Not only is this stand a knockout visually, but more important to me, it’s an excellent design. I can appreciate a ‘good design’. I’ve worked in automobile design engineering for +35yrs. Over 20 of those years has been in “body structures”. This stand is plenty robust for a guitar. Plus, I feel a guitar is much safer on this stand than a triangle or tripod stand.If you or anybody else, including the dog, accidentally gave it a real good bump, it may wobble a little bit, but that’s all... no damage. That’s not true with those triangle stands. An equivalent bump would send a precious guitar flying. YIKES! I shudder the thought.The yolk from which the guitar hangs is a “String Swing”, which is another fine Made in USA product. It’s soooo easy to pick up the guitar, and put it back. Another “good design.”I’m a repeat buyer of this stand. Several moths ago I purchased the walnut model. Beautiful. This time, maple. Again, I’m thrilled!It’s simple to move around the stand and guitar together. During practice sessions, I’ll place the stand right next to me. When done, I put them back in the display spot. This stand will showcase your guitar and keep it close to hand... and a ‘close to hand’ guitar is an ‘often played’ guitar.This stand isn’t designed to be “road stand.“ It’s designed to look good and hold a guitar ... safely.... and it does both, wonderfully!Two of the most beautiful things I have ever seen are a women’s legs and an acoustic guitar. The curves... visually captivating! Put those legs in heels... and WOW! Hang a guitar on one of these stands and...... same affect... WOW. .. “What a looker!” LOLBuy this stand! Guys, don’t even contemplate other stands. You’ve come to this stand’s page for a reason. You don’t like those cheap looking black metal stands that are hard to vacuum around without risking your expensive guitars getting knocked over. You also like good quality and good looking products that you don’t mind paying a fair price for.This product is for you! They’ve crafted a super sturdy stand that’s made out of extremely high quality wood (I went for the mahogany one). The color is amazing and they even provide free lemon oil to condition the wood to keep it in the best looking condition over time.It’s so sturdy that even if you intentionally knock the stand over, neither the stand nor the guitar falls. There’s even a YouTube video demonstrating this. That’s what sold me on this.Don’t settle for the cheap knockoffs of this product. It’s well worth the investment. I bought 2 for my Gibson Les Paul standard and Fender American Professional II Stratocaster. My biggest criteria was sturdiness because I wanted to keep my Les Paul at arms length but not risk breaking it due to a fall and this stand delivered! I bought 2!

This is a great product. It is very stable even on carpet. I tried a less expensive brand and it was not as stable.It has a nice curved design and is made from solid wood.

Perfect stand to go with walnut or wood textured interior. Comes with bump protector for the guitar base in case it swings back too far.Comes well oiled in packaging. Make sure to wipe it off before assembling on hardwood floors to avoid oil smudging over the floor.

My partner doesn't mind me having my guitar out because the stand and guitar together are aesthetically pleasing. The stand and guitar work together dynamically to prevent them both from toppling over - very cool. I bought a transparent dust cover and a guitar humidifier for overnight storage.
