One of the pieces were broken. My daughter decided to throw it away. He had a broken arm. Such a cute set.

It was nice and very detailed. Unfortunately, during shipping, the Shepard staff was broken and one of the wise men lost his head. We were able to just glue them back on and is fine.

I bought this as a gift for my mom and has arrived broken not happy - reordered this and showed up good and on time to still give as gift. ( Was refunded for first one on Jan 10 -2025 returned it Dec 20 - 2024 ) my mom loved this !

This merchant doesn’t care about the effective packaging of it. The piece is so fragile and after a long wait I received it broken. It’s frustrating.

Figurines broken, nut sufficiently wrapped in bubble wrap. Had to return first order, replacement also had broken figurines.

this nativity scene just arrived, and it is beautiful. I had been going back and forth between the Amazon nativity sets and Costco. I am so glad I chose this one. I have read the negative reviews about broken parts etc. so I was concerned when the package arrived. The nativity scene I received was in perfect condition. My wife and I gave our last nativity to our kids last year and were looking for something else. This is it. The size is great, the craftsmanship is amazing. In my opinion this really is the perfect set.

This nativity scene is stunning. Beautiful detail and craftsmanship on all pieces. It is a good size to display as a centerpiece or on a mantle. I wrapped white fairy lights around it and it glows with warmth and peace.

Love it, arrived in perfect condition. Perfect for under my smallish 3' tree, not too large but not too small. Detail of characters is good, liking they are resin. Nice to have signified markings in stable scene for where "people" should be placed in that scene, only makes it that much easier. Looking forward to Xmas 2022.

This is beautiful! The box that the figurines are packaged is simply too small, that is why pieces are broken. Mary’s hand was a clean break on mine and we just glued it back, but it was clear this was not just some shipping break when we tried to rebox items for storage, so we just stored in a different box. I would not send as a gift, due to this, would advise you to have shipped to your home for examination before you gift.I dearly love this item, so it is worth the trouble!!
