5 months after buying this replacement shelf from Amazon seller Free Shipping LLC, it is still going strong. I wouldn't know how to verify OEM parts (it's important to check the feedback ratings of 3rd party vendors!!!), but it certainly fit as though it was made for my 12 year old, Costco purchased Kirkland by Whirlpool fridge (model # GDSSHAXLB02), whose own original drawers were thin, unreinforced, brittle, and looked very different from this one. I spoke to Whirlpool parts in the past and they don't stock the orginal part because they know there's a breakage issue, but drawers like this, standard on slightly higher end models from the same year, work just as well. Better, actually.If it happens that you have my model or any refrigerator that takes the W10321304 bin, you should be fine, but one tip: you'll have to give it a bit of a thump to initially seat it into the grooves it fits over. (I did have a moment of panic thinking that it was too tight or the wrong drawer.)

This item looked and fit exactly like the one that cracked in my Whirlpool refrigerator door. I had to replace to trays, so I bought this one and and after market version that cost about 1/3 the price. The after market version also fit well, but the white rim was a smidge thinner (probably wouldn't notice) and there were noticeable white tabs holding the white rim to the clear plastic tray. So if you want to pay a lot less, and don't mind the tabs, you may be fine with the after market version. But if you are picky, and want all your door trays to look exactly the same, stick with this more expensive authentic replacement shipped directly from Whirlpool.

This is a replacement shelf for one that fell off the door (broke bottles & made huge mess) because the original was apparently too high on the door and could not fit properly into the space provided -- this plastic-on-plastic does not lock well high up or low down. So, you're limited in the range where these shelves can be installed thereby limiting the height of items stored on these shelves.

This item cost about a third of what I would have paid going to an appliance store to match this with the name brand. It's great to have an extra shelf or an extra bin especially if you have a large refrigerator or do a lot of organic and fresh. But the best part was I got these for 1/3rd of what I would have paid had I gone directly to a store for the Model I have. Kudos Whirlpool. These bins were the best!!!

I gave this product 5/5 as it is exactly what they say it is. I have a Kitchen Aid fridge and this is the exact door bin I needed.The price is much less than elsewhere, and they came quickly, and in perfect condition.That said, Why do they make these things so flimsy? I had to replace all three door bins from my fridge! My parents had the same, relatively low end fridge for at least 25 years, one repair, no replacement shelves, etc needed. These are prettier but, as a mom of three, with a busy house (and fridge), I'd trade pretty for durability.

This really helped organize our fridge! We actually broke one of our bins by adding too many items to it. So we bought one as a replacement. After replacing, we realized we could add an additional bin in our fridge to help maximize storage capacity. We bought another and have been able to spread out the weight in each bin. Would definitely recommend, but be careful not to overload (or even just fill completely) as they may break.

I was reading all the reviews by different buyers, and different sellers. I saw some say glue came loose cracked in transit. I was nervous but I searched through all the products and stopped here. Each bin was in its own box and bubble wrap. And then one huge box, I purchased three. I felt around the plastic top and the bin (the white part and clear part) no loose seal or glue to touch, I then looked over each piece. Not flimsy at all. I have the Kenmore frig, now whirpool makes and owns my model so and I am happy I used wisdom. Saved me money and the headaches of new appliance shopping. With these newly replaced I am gonna ride it out with my side by side. I was tired of not having space. And wanted a newer style. Not anymore. I would say they feel durable, but be realistic don't over crowd with glass only mix the shelves, or ask the seller what is weight capacity for each shelf. Your shelves will have a long life. I am ordering one more for the short condiments and misc. Excellent company. I don't give these out to frequently...5* In my pic their are two bin that are visible and one not as clear above them. I also don't do pics. So I am happy. If the company is reading I need one more. LOL

In late December large parts of Michigan were hit with a power outage after an ice storm. After a couple days without power it was time to move the refrigerated items into the garage. This is when I noticed that one of the door bins had cracks in the clear plastic bottom. This was the upper door bin in which the largest bottles, wines and so on tend to get placed and probably carries the most weight than the lower units. After searching online I ordered the bin. It was allegedly used, but appeared to be new upon receipt. It was an exact match for the damaged bin (which I am keeping as a backup in case of castastrophic failure of a bin in the future). It was about half the price of OEM from Whirlpool and appears to be identical. No complaints.
