Motor arrived in no time after ordering it . As soon as it arrived, it was installed without any issues. This unit works great for my old Janitrol (Goodman) outside A/C condenser unit. My original fan was 30 plus years old. It was very loud and would overheat.This new fan is quiet and installed easily.Highly recommended.

False advertising! Photo showed aGoodman motor! Its not only a goodman but it doesn'tFit!Amazon says when placing order 30 day return but when i try to return they tell me i have to contact provider!!! Also BS!!!I spend Thousands on amazon but now out 299 for headers returned and never now two electric motors valued at 220$ i cant use! Im not buying any more from you amazon! Im cutting up my card!

The original motor in my Goodman CK24-1B looks like the one on the product photo and the motor I received was slightly larger but it bolted up and the HP and rpm ratings were the same. The original motor had three wires and the new one had 4, plus a pair of pigtails to reverse the polarity and a chassis ground. Luckily there was a wiring diagram in the box that says where the extra white wire goes. It would also be a good idea to replace the run capacitor while you are there. The fan needs a 5 MFD cap. If you get a dual run cap you will need to see what the specs for your compressor are.

I purchased this toward the end of May, took my old fan motor to my work to remove the blade (as we have more tools there and I didn't want to risk bending the fan blade). I installed the new motor and it worked great for about 3 weeks before it seized up and ultimately cracked my shroud in several places. I am 5 days past the ability to get a refund which is really very unfortunate. I'd recommend a seller with a longer return policy.
