This tent stove is made of titanium, and is relative light and compact. The kit includes gloves to protect your hands, and a bag to keep the kit all together. Assembly instructions which are attached to the carry bag, are not step-wise, but instead provide assembly diagrams. Assembly of the stove is relatively easy. I find it odd that the top of the firebox is in three sections connected by small bolts instead of a single piece. Also, the top doesn’t have a designated cooking area, but you can cook on it anyway. The main weakness of the stove is the unusual roll-up chimney. The chimney can be easily damaged during transport, during assembly, or while camping. If it gets damaged while in use, it can stop venting, and you may be in danger of CO poisoning. I don’t plan to use this in a hot tent, but instead I want to use it in a tiny two-man hunting shack. I’ve looked for a stiff vent pipe to replace the roll-up vent, but a 2-3/8” inner, 2-1/2” outer diameter vent pipe is impossible to find. I’ll probably end up using a 3”, or fabricate my own chimney.

Well built and the right price. Would happily buy again if the need ever arose.

Very lightweight and portable, however the stove pipe is a hassle to roll out first time. Once burned in, it does pop into shape pretty well but still requires care so it doesn't crease and potentially puncture. The rings securing the pipe made me want to scream at points when fitting to the stove, as the pipe doesn't naturally spring to fit. This can leave gaps where the pipe isn't fully sealed which is extremely dangerous. Take care not to twist the pipe when fitting to the stove - easier said than done!Heat output is very good, particularly on the glass side but you do have to keep feeding it regularly and will get through a lot of fuel, especially with the damper open which is the best way to prevent too much ash from building up.An ash tray would have been helpful. There is a lip inside the door that prevents you from clearing the ash easily. Fine once you've dismantled as you can simply tip it on its end to empty; but not helpful when the stove is connected to the pipe through your stove jack!A note on safety. The top of the stove is in three different sections with visible openings at the corners and at each section. On the second use, the stove was leaking smoke from these holes, inside the tent. The bowing and warping on the back of the tent near the damper can be extreme and if this is the case the seal is compromised, leading to smoke escaping.Had the doors on the tent open each time we fed the stove as smoke escaped every time we opened the stove door, even with the damper fully open. Troubling.Even with the supplied brackets, the stove does not feel sturdy or secure. The legs don't secure in place once unfolded and can collapse too easily if you, god forbid, accidently knock the stove.Had chosen this over a Pomoly due to the price and supposed comparability but don't feel this was a good purchase. Wish I'd saved my money.

Review of OneTigris WHALE SONG Tent Stoves, Titanium Wood Burning Stove Backpacking Lightweight Camping Portable Foldable for Outdoor Hiking Picnic BBQQuality:Good. All components are well-formed. Edges are smooth and finished. Glass is clear. Carry case is durable.Assembly:Intuitive and fairly straightforward. The stovepipe takes practice and is easier with two people but one person can do it.Impressions:Nice fairly lightweight tent stove. I'm not a hiker so I'm not sure I'd like to carry it any great distance, but that's one reason I've never been a hiker. It's a nice size for a tent or for just having to enjoy outdoors on the patio. Great way to use up fallen and trimmed branches and enjoy a nice fire all in one. It's light and compact enough that you can leave it together and just store it assembled in a garage or shed. It's particularly good for communities that don't permit open burning so you can enjoy a fire and stick to the rules.

Setup is intuitive. The glass side can go on either side of the stove. Stove can be aligned along the tent length or width. Place the glass accordingly. The glass gets covered with soot quickly. The brackets must be tightened as the stove temperature changes. The stovepipe is a major hassle. Watch the vendor video. Mine crinkled, sob.The stovepipe guylines can share stakes with the tent's sidewall guys, if carefully positioned.Consider judicious application of gasket tape to gaps.

This set up is really decent. You don't have to worry about warping on top too much with the construction, which is nice and it also has a shield to prevent too much flame going up the pipe, the pipe is a pain too assembly prior to first burn. I recommend getting second pipe just in case it creases and splits. I did order another stack but it was from another distributor because they don't offer a replacement. You get what you pay for decent size weight is manageable and functions as should.

Honestly, I bought this on a whim due to it having no reviews.Seeing as decent titanium, foldable stoves go for $300+, I wanted to give this a shot.First off, the titanium foldable stove pipe right out of the box is a super pain. Highly suggest having someone help you roll it for the first time. After a couple burns/times you use it, it’ll be a lot easier if you’re by yourself.Second, it seems flimsy ish. Didn’t really have clear instructions either but I eventually figured it out.I have a Pomoly Circle 6, a 6 person tent. I recently went camping with it when it was between 15-25 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The stove did great considering how small it is.
