This bag exceeded my expectations! I love everything about it.First, the light gray color is soothing and beautiful. Second, I appreciate that you can clasp the sides down, preventing them from flapping around when you want to use it as a smaller tote. To release the hinge, remember to squeeze the top and bottom of the metal clasp. It may be confusing at first, so please refer to the photo for clarification (first photo clasp is closed, second photo, clasp is opened).Third, the bag is very roomy. As mentioned, the bottom expands an additional three inches if needed. Fourth, there are three interior pockets: two smaller ones for accommodating a cell phone or glasses and a larger zippered pocket (11 1/2" by 8") for bigger items or items that might be damp, as it is waterproof. However, I wouldn't recommend putting soaking wet items inside, as moisture might leak through the zipper at the top.Additionally, the bag can be easily attached to luggage handles. It also includes a shoulder strap that you can choose to stow away or use. Last but not least, there's a clever secret pocket under one of the center straps—again, please see the third picture for details.I managed to fit five pairs of jeans (30W x 30L) and three rolled t-shirts into the bag without the extension, and I was able to add two more pairs of jeans with the extension expanded. I can't wait to use it on our Fourth of July getaway, and I hope you don’t hesitate to get one for yourself, too! Highly recommended.

This is a great expandable versatile and stylish travel and tote bag. Offers large capacity with organization pockets and one hidden pocket in the front of bag. Craftsmanship and Material appear high quality; it’s soft, tear resistant and described as waterproof and oil proof. Comes with an additional detachable shoulder strap. It’s lightweight but durable. This is not a flimsy bag at all. This is a quality bag at a great affordable price. This bag is one’s perfect and reliable companion for sports, travel, yoga, overnights, weekender trips, maternity bag and more. Great bag for all occasions to meet one’s various needs.We have used this bag for weekend trips, and overnighters thus far. With this amazing expansion design, we could get about a weeks worth of travel essentials. We like this bag and are pleased with its size, space, craftsmanship, and performance for us.

With its optional variable size, this bag has many different uses. At its smaller end it’s a perfect overnight bag and, when fully expanded, it’s just right as an airline carry-on.Made of waterproof polyester with a feel like canvas, this is a well-constructed tote that can easily be mistaken for a high class luxury bag. The material (called “three proof fabric”) is also oil proof, stain proof and odor proof. You have the option of carrying with the handles or as an over the should slouch (using the included optional shoulder strap). I wouldn’t exactly describe its look as “chic” but it is both functional and attractive nonetheless.With its ability to contract or expand as needed, the bag is great for sleepovers, weekending, day trips, car trips, gym visits, picnicking, and many other functions.On its smaller end, the bag’s capacity is a smidgen less than 7 gallons but you can expand it to fit about 9½ gallons. There’s an inside pocket that is wet/dry to keep your dry things from getting wet and vice-versa. There are also two other interior pockets to secure your valuables and a quick-access outside pocket. Parts of the bag are hard-trimmed with plastic to help keep its shape. The bag itself weighs less than a pound and a half, so it’s lightweight and easy to carry.We ordered the black version and we’re very satisfied with it – it is also available in brown, jungle green and light gray. Amazon is currently (at the time of this review) offering a high quality tote bag at a very affordable price.

The MiXi duffle bag is quite stylish! The color is a pleasant shade of coffee brown and the material seems very durable. The straps are webbed, and the hardware is strong and well made. The MiXi is spacious inside and nicely lined, the bag’s pockets is also roomy with an inside pocket that is waterproof and can hold your wet clothing. It has two (2) small pockets on the inside which will be ideal for your personal items, like your phone or keys. There’s a nice size zipped pocket on the outside front of the duffle, and this bag provides extra space by unzipping the bottom half of the bag. What I really appreciate is the design of the bag, and how it takes into consideration the convenience of placing this duffle onto a suitcase. All in all, I would say that it’s a multi tasking duffle bag with a truly versatile design and flair. The price is at a reasonable price point.
