Spray Boom Repair Kit
This spray boom repair kit provides parts to repair or fabricate a 3-tip spray boom, components include: 2 x 3/8" nozzle body elbows and nuts, 1 x 3/8" nozzle body cross and nuts, 3 x nozzle body caps, 3 x 50 mesh tip screens, 3 x 8001-VS spray steel insert tips, 3 x boom clamps 1" square.
The nozzle body is made of high quality polypropylene with good durability, the nozzle nut and boom clamp are made of stainless steel for high quality and long life.
Our 8001-VS nozzle is manufactured from stainless steel and has a spray angle of 80° and 110°, making it ideal for use with sprayer controllers. With reduced drift at low pressures and increased coverage at high pressures, they provide excellent coverage with ease.
The sprayer replacement kit includes parts for a 3-head spray bar, the body of the nozzle is 3/8 inch, so it can be easily installed if it matches the size of your sprinkler, please wear gloves to protect your hands when installing, you can also find the installation video on Youtube.

Made my own boom sprayer for my UTV. Clamps will fit 3/4" PVC pipe. Spray pattern not adjustable (fan) and nozzles are high volume with decent pressure. Can be accommodated by adjusting height of boom and mix ratios (complicated but you have to do that with a purchased boom sprayer anyway). Parts are well made. Fits 3/8" ID tubing.
