Jars are nice. They will do what I wanted to do with them. However, the print on the jars is very small. In my case with older eyes it's almost impossible to read without glasses. I would not have gotten them had I known that the print was so small. I bought them to put things in and store on my counter and I wanted to be able to read what I wrote on them

These were ordered for a Remembrance of my Mother, she loved Mason jars! They choice of having them personalized is phenomenal!The company was so compassionate and showed much empathy during our time of remembering a loved one! On time delivery, great condition, durability and well done execution of the way we wanted the Mason jars... Highly suggest and recommend!

When I ordered these, there was no option stating colored bottoms on the glasses. So was surprised by the black? Already bad and then they were uneven and looked terrible. Will be unable to use. Can't return. Complete waste of money. Do not buy!!!!

Very fast. Very cute.We’re doing a Sip N’ See to meet my new grandson. These made epic thank you gifts for the attendees. (Plus, his parents will love the leftovers.) We stuffed them with keurig, creamers and cookies.I made the mistake of ordering two colors (one for picture and one for the font). They contacted me immediately and let me know the correction. They showed up about a week later. I’m excited to give these away at the shower.

The jars are beautiful with our event logo and will be a big hit with our attendees. They are the perfect size for our reception and will serve as a memento for those attending. Very pleased with the fast turnaround time for production and delivery, was received even sooner than expected. Will be ordering more from this seller.I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THERE WERE 9 BROKEN GLASSES IN MY SHIPMENT. I REPORTED THIS PROBLEM USING THE WEBSITE BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT GLASSES AND T HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS. I DID PLACE A REORDER AND I HAVE RECEIVED THEM BUT THE BROKEN ONES WERE NOT REPLACED. UNFORTUNATELY THERE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE A TRACKING SYSTEM TO FOLLOW UP WITH MY "PROBLEM WITH ORDER" ISSUE. IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED SHORTLY I WILL DEFINATELY HAVE TO SUBMIT A POOR REVIEW REGARDING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
