We had ordered two in different designs, and one had more difficulty opening than the other did. However, as soon as we were able to reach out to the seller, they immediately responded and were nothing but kind and helpful!The lockets are beautiful, perfectly sized, sturdy in quality, and the photos inside are crisp and clear. While this is really pretty, the compartment isn't air-tight, so you run the risk of having anything you put inside fall out or get damaged if you get the locket wet. Not exactly what I want in a locket!

This was perfect for what I needed. I did have an issue getting it open, but they include a guitar pick like thing to wedge in and pop it open. I hope it loosens because I can’t imagine carrying a tool with me to open it

I thought this necklace was really pretty and looks great. But it is small, which means it is a challenge to get pictures that fit and getting them in the locket. It is also not easy to open.

This is a very pretty and delicate silver locket that I think any female in your life would appreciate. It is a little bit smaller than I thought it would be, so it is an appropriate gift for a preteen girl as well. The locket opens and two small pictures can be added as keepsakes. I really like it.

This locket is lovely and totally lives up to it's description on the website. The sunflower design is really attractive and several people have admired it in the short time I've had it. Sometimes they want to take a closer look and I am proud to show it off this quality piece of jewelry. As nice as the chain is, I think a slightly thicker one would set off the locket even better.This product arrived in a beautiful red presentation box. The chain was wrapped around a piece of cardboard so it wouldn't tangle. A small polishing cloth was included, as well as a thin guitar pick to help open the locket. This locket and chain would make a terrific present for any woman or girl. But I'm keeping mine!
