I brought this to use at a place where they have all 50A breakers installed but need multiple 30A outlets. Just using a single 50A to 30A dongle would not work as there would not be enough 30A plugs to go around.I plugged in this adapter and plugged up two separate trailers. Had no issues all weekend. The other folks that didn't think ahead were quite envious.

If you have one 220 50 amp plug, and more than one thing that may need it from time to time, this is the solution you have been looking for!We have a 5th wheel trailer that once setup in the driveway, it really doesn't like to be plugged, then unplugged, and plugged in frequently. I also have an EV and welder that from time to time need the 50 amp plug. And this high quality Y connector resolved that issue for me PERMANENTLY.From the plugs to the cable, this unit is very well made and an excellent value at this price. I may buy a second on to keep with my 5th wheel when traveling.

Moved an older trailer home to a new trailer park. The trailer had 2 plugs coming out of it and the park only had one outlet to plug into. The park manager had no clue what to do and the electrician was talking about several hundred dollars worth of work at minimum to make it workable. This little device saved the day and works perfectly. No issues what-so-ever with it.

Bought this to supply 2 RV’s. Works just fine. No problems. Will be ordering another one to take with us when we go camping. We’ve been to some campgrounds where one of the power pedestal’s was dead. We had a camper next to us had to use our15A receptacle to power his RV.

As infrequently this will get used, the quality is such that I expect to never need to replace it unless it gets stolen. Yea, it’s a wicked ugly blue but maybe that’ll keep someone from stealing it. I only needed a simple 50 to 30 adapter but this was just as cheap and gives an extra 30amp if needed.
