How To Measure:
- Chest/Bust: With Arms down at your sides, measure around the largest part of the chest, generally across the nipples.
- Waist: Measure at the natural waist; above the hip bones, across the navel.
- Hips: With feet together, measure around the widest part of the hips, across the fullest point of the buttocks.

I use these for whitewater rafting, recreational kayaking, and hiking. They are incredibly lightweight and comfy.Only negatives are the Velcro on the waistband is a bit overkill (super wide) and there is no tab to grab to unstick it. There are also a couple very small holes in the bottom of the thigh pocket which doesn't make much sense since water could enter there when in the sitting position. The pocket zipper appears to be a semi-dry zipper.
