These are great tubes. I bought the 48" and they even worked well for my short grandson. (50") tall. The handles are well firm fitted and really take it .My son had a rope tied to my grandsons tube the first couple of trips without any problems with the tubes. We have used them 6 or 7 times , so far this year and they look brand new.I deflate the tubes when not in use , mostly for storage, as 6 tubes take up a bit of room. NOTE: first, you inflate the small portion ( about 10" diameter) part. if you are using a good sized compressor, this only takes a second with the air gun. I will say that it would be easier to have made an attachment of some kind, say , from a rubber bung with a hole in it to press into the MAIN inflater hole . Even so, it only takes a minuet or so to inflate blowing the air nozzle into the MAIN hole.These really are great tubes.

Took the tube down the Farmington River last summer and it survived bumping into rocks and stick with ease! Very thick and durable, high quality, great price!

EDIT... i HAVE gone down the river, as water is high this year.sooo...solid, well made, took everything the farmington river had to throw at it. we spent the day bouncing off boulders with nary a worry.this is the perfect tube for moderate white water.i have not gone down the river yet, so this review is my perception of the tube, in comparison to another brand tube i have, which i love.this is a heavy duty, thick skinned river/snow tube which seems to be better made than the one i have. it's not a pool floatie. it's for bumping off of, and skimming over, rocks in moderate whitewateri blew it up and jumped around a bit on it. the handles are SOLID. it is a larger size. i am 6'4" 235, and it is perfect for me.there is no "floor", just a donut tube, which is preferable to me.the river we go down is in it's low period, so we may not know for sure until next spring. if i think of it, i will update this when i use it.

Thick vinyl. Professional tube. HOGHLY RECOMMEND. Everything else on here is for a swimming pool not running into trees and rocks and dragging bottom. I've put this product through some sh#t and haven't sunk it yet. Left a longer review on the orange ones. OH AND MY 350 lb dad has no issues these are serious tubes

I ordered several of these heavy duty river tubes for family floating on the upper colorado river this summer. I did my research and was not disappointed! these tubes are very high quality, made to last and are very easy to inflate/ deflate. we hit rocks, bushes, and plenty of rapids and felt completely safe without any problems. I used them 5 times this summer and they are all still good to go for next year. I would recommend getting the 48 inch tubes or larger. I ordered the 44" and the 48" and the 48 inch is just about right for every size adult. the 44" is a little bit small, even for the normal size women. dont bother to get the tubes available from the sporting good chains. Tube Pro rocks!
