Q: What if my elecatric car jack can't lower?
A: It is because the safty valve of the car jack is too tight. Please use the small hex wrench in the electric car jack kit to loosen, the bar will lower then. Attention: Please remember to tighten the safety valve after the bar is lowered.
Q: What if my fuse blew out?

Warning
- Please read the instruction manual carefully before use.

I have used this product it is useless, first of all it takes forever to start pumping the jack to lift the car and after then the lug nut opener has no power to open the lug nuts. I end up using my regular lug nut opener to uninstall my wheel from my Toyota Highlander 2021. I won’t recommend for who has a suv I don’t know about small cars, it might work on them. I lost all my money on that product. Rest it’s all up to you guys whether u wanna buy this product or not. Because jack also got broken while lifting the car, yes one thing I must say the box in which it came you can use it for some other things.

I bought a tiny little low to the ground gas sipping car. I change the oil on all my vehicles myself and while i am able to skinny under the vehicle, this is only possible with the correct ground layout. So instead of all that hassle decided to buy a power jack. Ran across this and while the reviews were not the best. ALL the reviews commented on the wonderful customer service experiences and thats what sold me. My product has had zero issues and i absolutely love it! Quick easy and reliable!

I tried this jack out right away to make sure it would work. I was literally blown away by how well it did work. I put it under my 2025 Tahoe High Country and it lifted it like it was nothing. I let it raise the tire about five inches off the floor and then I stopped it. This jack is very well made and works way better than I thought it ever would. I haven't used the air compressor or the impact gun but I have full confidence that they will be just fine too. If you need a jack for emergency use or in the garage this is it.

Tout est bien emballer je suis impressionner de ca puissance et le torc pour dévisser le ecrous des rouesLe seul problème que j’ai remarquer Son 1-la lumiere en avans ne fonctionne pas et il n’y a pas la clés Allen pour enlever la pression au cas je devrais enlever la pression manuellement apart ces deux petit detail je suis tres content de mon achat

At first, reading the reviews, I thought I would be burning away my money with this product and was very skeptical of its capabilities.When it arrived I tested it on my LC200 and it worked like a charm.Seriously doubted its capability to lift the LC, but it did and with ease. Was a breeze taking off the lug nuts as well.well worth the money....

It does , performs good. No issue lifting 16 Chevy suburban. Electric jack has small base so it is crucial to place on hard level surface. Would be a challenge to perform task on uneven terrain. Also need to carry firm piece of wood ( 2 by 10 with enough base area) and wheel chuck to prevent rolling .

I don't know what other people are complaining about, but this is a fabulous tool. It lifted my Tahoe, my deck, and a boat trailer that has two axles.It filled the tire with air.The only thing I would buy is an extension cord because it really wasn't long enough to do the boat trailer tire and we had to use the battery in the boat but once we got the extension, we could use a running vehicle.I was stranded in a gas station parking lot and unable to lift my truck over that matter get the tire off. I promised myself this would never happen again because I didn't know where I would be living out in the country and stuck with no one coming by versus this time, a good Samaritan stopped and happen to have a toolbox of tools. It was totally embarrassing.Never again now with this tool

I first received this item and was excited about it as I’ve never owned an automatic device to lift the car up for tire changes etc, this item is of extreme built quality, amazing brief case that has Velcro patches on 1 side to stick in your trunk without shuffling around while driving! Now that is the type of attention to detail I call class . The item is also accompanied by a very powerful “Impact wrench” swap your tires too, how ever my wrench seemed to have a “Manufacture defect” which is normal once in a while with every company out of XYZ amount of thousands of products there will always be one or two that have a problem it’s totally normal life isn’t perfect, how ever, I reached out to the seller, and boy must I say, they were really kind and had such professionalism that they even offered to send me out an entire new order telling me to keep the one I have, unfortunately due to the popularity of the item there were temporarily none left in stock, so the seller proceeded to send me a full refund instead … Talk about professional courtesy, honesty and clientele service. I absolutely highly recommend this seller as they have top notch products and customer service, so far probably the best I’ve encountered up to today .
