I like the different colors to match the different models that I have. I wish the heads of the screws and the bevel in the dot were matched better. I plan to search the local hardware stores to find a better fitting screws. Otherwise I like them, and will buy again.

Works as it should although the screws don't fit flush in the countersink and the cap does snap flush in the housing very easily

Beats fussing around with trying to disconnect the fuel line from the carb to refill/empty the tank on my latest build. Previous review mentioned angling the screws and I can second his opinion in that regard. Be sure you have enough meat to screw this fuel dot into because it takes a little upward prying to free the filler plug from the bezel. If you were to screw this to some average sheeting on your fuselage it could possibly tear out all of the screws and make a mess of your covering and substrate sheeting. Just my two cents. I only use one of these of one of another brand that is even simpler. The only problem I have with this brand is that it is often difficult to open it and requires a small screw driver to pop it open.When driving in the 4 screws be sure to install them at a slight angle like in the photo. This will insure that the counter sunk screw heads are as flush as they can be. Even perfectly installed the screw heads will still be slightly above the surface. additional counter sinking may mar the surface.
