The description says it’s glass, but it is the same hard plastic as the original door handle for my Frigidaire upright freezer. Works perfectly!

Our office fridge had a broken handle and I ordered this part to replace the broken piece. Like another comment mentioned, this only comes with the handle, not the screws OR the cover plates. I think the value would be more worth it if the replacement handle had the screws and cover plates.Part fit as expected and I had saved the covers and screws to install the handle.
