I was born and raised in Hawaii so I've basically had rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Now since I am diabetic I've had to seriously limit my carb intake. Missed having rice sooo much! But now with this cooker AND chilling rice in refrigerator; I can now have rice again!! Yes, It does make a big difference with my blood glucose levels! YAY!!
