The 1st one I received was missing parts and the seat didn't work properly. I sent JEGS a message about it and I received a new set. Awesome customer service and every product that ice purchased from JEGS has been excellent.

Doesn't seem like it would hold up long termShelf won't fit due to poor fitment between the rails and support bracesThe creeper came assembled, the mechanics chair needed assembling. I assembled the chair according to the instructions and the support braces for the seat and bent from heat treating/welding so the drawer doesn't fit inside the rails. Not enough space. Does it bother me? A little. Jegs tends to be on the lower end of the quality spectrum. The creeper and chair will be fine regardless.I don't need the drawer, it already has a shelf at the bottom.

Got this for my dad to use, he works on all of his own equipment and needed a new one. He had one and had worn it out. Like that this has the rolling seat and the creeper in one set.

I'm disappointed with this set. I figured that coming from a brand like JEGS I would be getting some decent equipment. If I kneel on the creeper it feels like I'm kneeling on cardboard and will fall through. I have yet to put my full 225lbs out of fear for destruction. The headrest is adjustable which is nice. However, there is no way to lock it flat, do every time it is moved the head rest pops up and locks in place and must be wrestled down. A positive note, it rolls well.The seat is better, but lacks a latching mechanism for the drawer. So anytime it us moved the drawer flings out.These tools should be better.Update: continues to be the worst seat and creaper I have ever owned. Buyer beware. Chinese garbage.

As an A&P aircraft mechanic in general aviation, I bought this product for everyday use. My honest opinion 😅 you get what you pay for. It gets the job done I’m not on my back or on my knees all day. The padding on the seat isn’t the best quality at all, however it works. I’ve seen a review of the seat not being square but when you’re putting the seat together do not tighten down the bolts leave wiggle room and at the end tighten down bolts. Also DO NOT torque down the bolts on the plastic tray or you will go straight through the plastic with the crush washers. If you are looking for something to get you by it’ll be good. I’ll give a six month update as well. As far as buying it for a home garage (mine will probably end up as one in the long run) it would be good to do some projects with. Also keep in mind that when you take care of anything you buy it lasts a long time and I can say if you put this product together correct and take care of it don’t throw it around or be hard on it it should last a long time the only thing I worry about is the padded seat. The wheels are good quality I can attest to that for sure rolls smooth that’s what made me give it over all a 4 star.

Great product, fast VERY fast delivery. Bought it for my father for his bday and it came it a week early. He loves it. He loves the adjustable neck on the creeper, thinks the hidden toolbox drawer on the seat is the best thing ever.

Extremely easy to put together. Very well made and a fantastic bargain. You get both the stool and creeper less cost than most charged for just 1 high quality piece. This is made of square tubular metal. Very comfortable seating. The creeper and seat both roll very easy. Extremely happy with both pieces. Best value for money. And this review is by someone who purchased the product.

Bought this for Hubby's December birthday. There were two items of interest I'd point out to potential buyers. PLEASE NOTE five stars were given as we as consumers consider this an experience individual to Hubby. We felt no need to deduct anything.He owns a business which involves heavy equipment and is well-versed in fixing things...or putting things together. In this case I watched him attempt to assemble the Seat. He's done a few before. He had difficulty lining things up properly and it took longer than either of us anticipated. In fairness to seller and product, he has some arthritis in one hand. We both believe the time used was unique to him. Once assembled, everything looked 100% properly aligned. Tool Drawer under seat works perfectly and is quite handy. He weighs 190 lbs and the seat is sturdy and comfortable to him.The second observation was one we easily remedied. Regarding the creeper (which I,too, use one on occasion) we felt it didn't have enough staples on the sagging liner underneath- simply our opinion and don't fault JEGS. Took a staple gun and added more. This wasn't done for cosmetic reasons. We did it so nothing would catch between the base and liner regardless if flat on ground or upright against a wall in relation to our specific setup in the garage.Again we felt the product was of quality, well packaged, instructions/parts enclosed securely, and our opinions, we chose to give the full 5 Stars. Felt no need to contact JEGS and complain.
