It was a direct fit like stated, Except electrical plug, I just Legally hard wired it, works great! I fixed an Oil & Gas worker friend's inducer motor just before we hit minus 40+ in Alaska for free! He was about to leave again for 2 months, House would have froze up. Also lined him out with spare flame sensors, igniters and showed how to replace them. I'm 2nd Class Boiler and EPA Licensed. Amazon was 5 days out for shipping, however local was 3 days out @ over 2x the price for the exact same inducer Motor/Fan. He is good for next few years!
