I realized when I got my email receipt that I had probably been swindled because the word avalanche is misspelt in the product description 'Abalanche.' Sure enough, the product box arrived with a pen mark on it, when I worked in retail this is how we marked faulty products. But then still hoping I got it out, tried to charge it, but nothing happened. Checked the charger and all was working. It was.
