This hitting strip is awesome. It’s a great value, super durable and comfortable to hit off of. I started with it off to the side of my mat and then made a cutout. It’s great.

I’m about a month into this, over 3000 shots, some obvious wear but a hell if a lot less than my cheaper mats could take.I was concerned about the size of the mat, it’s been fine and cushy, plenty of room for hitting driver .And to address the elephant in the room,Elbow pain, shoulder pains etc… I am pleasantly surprised, no real issuesThe mat will punish you for fat shots, and it should, it’s been terrific quality and durability .I have not used and of the other $1000 mats, but at this price , it’s more than enough for you at your home range.

Just as good if not better than the premium options out there and cheaper too. Perfect hitting mat for my DIY set up!

First off, the mat feels awesome when you hit the ball cleanly, close to the sensation when you hit one on the course. I know when I hit a shot fat, but it's not overly grabby like my last matt. There's a significant drop in distance on the LM from fat shots, just like there should be.The shock absorption seems very good as well my last mat wasn't as soft and was causing joint pain. The beaver tail has made an improvement in that area.My only concern at this point is that it leaves residue on the club. I am not sure if that will stop or continue. i am fearful it will lead to it wearing out faster than expected.

Very soft and easy on joints. The turf part came undone from bottom padding after about 1000 swings but still functional
