KARBXON brand - Carbon fiber tubing utilizing advanced Nano technology. These lightweight pur carbon fiber tubes are carbon hollow rods with 1mm carbon fiber walls yet extremely strong. Round carbon fibre tubes made of 100% carbon fiber with a glossy finish, Tubes are made from 3K Tow carbon fiber weave, this means each weave group consists of 3000 carbon nano tubes with these Tow's woven in a weave pattern giving both vertical and horizontal strength. These tubes can have any number of uses including RC cars and planes, projects requiring high strength to weight ratios, drones and more. After ordering these rods I found a similar product elsewhere at a fraction of the price and much lighter to boot. This was a bad purchase, as I paid waaaay too much for what is in my opinion an inferior product.

I was expecting these to be solid square profile, but the ones that were delivered were a hollow square tube. Still 8mm X 8mm but only ~1mm thick wall. I was wanting these to be solid and needed the additional strength for the project I was planning.

9/25/2019: Initial impressions are good. I intend to use this as an inlay in an electric violin body to add stiffness against string tension. When I get a chance to install these I will report back on that... but in the mean time, I did some rudimentary elastic modulus tests to verify this stuff is up to snuff.As my control I cut a long piece of hard maple. Result for elastic modulus came in at ~11.6 GPa, the wood database says 12.62 GPa, so at least my setup is in the ballpark.Carbon fiber square rod came in at ~115 GPa from my experiment. Compared to this paper, "DETERMINATION OF YOUNG’S MODULUS FOR CFRP USING THE THREE – POINT BENDING TEST", the average is ~113 GPa. But that is a carbon weave vs. pultruded, and their setup is better... yadda yadda yadda. Either way, this product is strong as is expected.More to come.
