I use it all the time, it is lovely, and heavy enough to stay put. The yarn must be in a ball for it to work well. It could probably handle a ball that is 6 inches in diameter. It looks great in our living room.

Beautiful little bowl. Too small to hold my ball of Red Heart yarn. Works great once I work the yarn down.
