This was the perfect clock for my patio. However it started loosing time after 10 months or so. Changed battery. Still having problem. Contacted seller who suggested using a carbon zinc battery. It seemed to work for several days. Now worse than ever. I do not recommend this clockAddition. This clock from China not a good investment. The retailer could not help at all. The times are always way off. Guess I have learned to spend a little more and stay away from Chinese manufacturers. Beautiful clock. Horrible accuracy

Edited after another week: this thing is terrible. Now it's off by over 30 mins. I regret buying this device.Original review:Clock looks great very visible from a distance so nice for the backyard. However, this thing really can't keep time very well. Since that's kind of its main function I'm giving it two stars.Before you ask or comment yes I've replaced the batteries more than once with brand new Energizer brand batteries. The batteries work great in every other device so that's not the problem here.

Purchased this clock for use in our living room, it matches our decor very nicely. I LOVE that this clock is silent, I also like that the second hand moves continuously instead of the usual 'tick-tick-tick'. I especially like that this clock has the hygrometer and temperature (displayed in Celsius as well). Good clock, no issues, so far keeps time bang on. I recommend this clock.

We really like the appearance and the size of the clock. Have not placed it outside yet. Using inside since we received it in May 2020. Several times from May to October the clock stops making time. I have replaced the battery with a new one that I tested as good. When the clock stopped I re-tested it, battery is fine. So annoying. Can Sky Nature assists us with rectifying this. We realize we are beyond the required time lines to report this. Takes a while to see the issue happening.........

Clocked stopped working a month and a half beyond the return period, and to its credit, the seller willingly offered to replace the mechanism. The new mechanism stopped working almost immediately. Seller then offered to replace the entire clock. Instructions included with the replacement clock for setting the time (press and hold) didn't match the mechanism (gear), which happened to be the same mechanism that failed twice before. This indicates to me that the clock was intended (at some point in time) to have a different mechanism. However, so far (three weeks), the replacement is still working. Hope it continues to do so as the clock looks even better on the wall than in the picture, and I don't want to have to go out and find another clock. Also, kudos to the seller for its attempts at resolving the problems.

As we just installed an inground pool this year, I wanted the ability to see the temperature and humidity in my yard. Also having a big easy to read clock was a bonus. The clock is installed under a big open overhang, so it is not in the sun and is shielded from bad weather. We love the way it looks as it matches the ceiling fans and lighting under the overhang. We have found that both the temperature and hygrometer are a bit off from local weather reports. I'm not sure which one is accurate. Overall we are very happy with the purchase and quality of the clock. It's hard to believe this runs on one AA battery.

I bought this clock early in the pool season of 2018. I hung it outside, and it worked very well, for about 3 weeks. Then I noticed it was losing time / running slowly. This shouldn't be since I installed it with a fresh battery, but I changed the battery anyway and it kept running slow.Fast forward a few months. Pool season ends and I bring the clock inside for the fall/winter/spring. I just lean it against the wall in my home office. It keeps time PERFECTLY for that whole 8+ month time period.I hung it back outside 4 weeks ago. It worked fine for 3 weeks or so, then it started running slowly again and losing time.So all I can conclude is that somehow being exposed to the weather (temperature and/or humidity variations) screws up the timepiece...which is pretty BAD thing to have in what's supposed to be an outdoor clock.Look's great, but doesn't work for why I bought it.UPDATED INFORMATION: Skynature contacted me within hours of this review being posted, asking what they could do to rectify the issue. After 1 or 2 replies, they have said they'll send me a replacement.SO I'm not YET going to change my overall rating, but may up it once I verify that the replacement works as intended. However, I can comment VERY POSITIVELY on their customer service. They'll take the steps needed to keep a customer happy, and I'll update my stars accordingly once I've had a chance to experience the replacement.UPDATED INFORMATION, August 2019 (about 45 to 60 days later). Sky Nature corrected the situation. I got a new clock sent to me, even though I was likely out of the warranty period for my original purchase. It's been outside in the sun, rain, wind and even some slightly chilly nights here and it's NOT losing time like my first one was. And it's still a good looking clock hanging out there on the pool shed.Since they did have the original issue, I'd prefer to call it 4.5 stars instead of 5, but I went ahead and rounded up as the customer service response showed that they DO want to satisfy their customers.

Nice looking, easy to read and so far accurate clock. I cannot attest to it being waterproof as we have it hanging on our covered Lanai. I like the way that it looks. Clock, humidity and temperature are all easy to read. Obviously, only having it about 3 weeks I can’t say how durable it will be but at this price point it should last awhile. We previously had a big box clock, same application, that lasted for over 8 years before the face started to lift. Hopefully, this one will preform as well if not longer. At this point would highly recommend.
