Motor burned out so I figured I would replace the seal along with the motor. Perfect fit, no leaks. Expensive though.

This is a well made high quality mechanical seal for Goulds HSC line of pumps. Fairly easy to install if you know what you are doing. Provides a good seal and will work for 10's of thousands of hours before needing to be replaced. We have one pump with this seal that has well over 50,000 hours on it and still working fine.
