I hesitated buying this and wish I didn’t.We Initially used it on a spot my dog has peed on multiple times. We tried to get the smell out and nothing else was working. After being in the hospital and returning home my sense of smell was heightened and I couldn’t go another night smelling the carpet. I decided we would try this or we would rip the carpet out. I made my husband to it because I could not even be in the carpeted room, and regretted it immediately because the chemical smell was very strong- but I did have heightened sense of smell so 🤷🏻♀️. My husband didn’t mind the small of it. After the first week of waiting for it to smell better, I felt like it actually made things worse. So we pretreated and shampooed the carpets a couple of times before we reapplied the solution. Turns out when my husband did the first application he didn’t saturate the spot enough. When reapplying we saturated it well and it worked. Now we have a spray bottle full of the solution to clean any accident spots immediately, but we also use it to spray around the base of the toilet and the cat litter box. No more urine smell anywhere in this house.

I mix this product with my shampoo in my carpet cleaner, my hardwood cleaner in my spray mops AND full strength on stains in fabric or upholstery. And it is amazing!In addition to a couple litters a year, each having as many as 11 pups, we also have 4 adult female Standard Poodles and one male that ALL live in the house. And, as part of the services we provide to our buyers, we begin - and often complete - house training our puppies before they go to their new homes. So there are often accidents in the house. And we also board our pups when their new families aren’t able to take them with them on vacation. Since our champion male, the stud, is one of our permanent residents, when the puppies (dogs) come to stay there is almost always some sort of “showdown” until it’s clear who the alpha is. Whenever this happens, we find urine sprays in various places around the house, often on our couches and chairs.Thanks to this product, even with 10 to 12 dogs in the house, people are always amazed that they don’t smell DOG when they enter.In a perfect world we wouldn’t need such an item, but here in reality, we do and there is nothing that we’ve found that even comes close!

One of the few out there that really work. Follow the directions and the results are perfect. Takes odors and stains out of carpets with minimal work, just takes some time for it do do it's thing.If you try to use it like a typical carpet cleaner of spray cleaner it will not work. It takes time to soak in and kill the odors and pull the statin out. As I said, IF you follow the directions, I have had old stains come out with in a few days and the towel is always yellow and gross proving it works great.

I moved into my aunt's house who has a big German Shepard with separation anxiety- He peed all over her carpet downstairs ( I mean ALL OVER) and the smell was overwhelming. I tried a few products prior to this one and they all failed to get rid of A. The urine marks shown in the black light, and B. THE SMELL AND STICKINESSI looked for the spots with a black light and FULLY saturated the carpet and left it, it took quite a few hours to dry but no more spots and smell!! I am on my 4th bottle as the urine is all over the place, even on the existing furniture which I am trying next.There are a few reviews that the smell of the product is overwhelming, which I can see that being the case if you use a lot, I definitely used a lot and didn't think it was overwhelming, just a strong clean smell that will fade over time, and I prefer that smell to the urine smell anyways!!I will continue using this to get rid of all of the urine spots! The only thing I don't like is that it's expensive 😔

Did not photograph and don’t always have time to review - but liquid items shipped in a large box without shrink wrap, placed in plastic bag and tied and box should be filled with protective plastic bubble wrap or air pouches. Small spills. If it were large leaks- photos and full berating. Don’t cut costs on packaging.PS of course the scent is different. The ingredients in this product break down the proteins in pet urine. It is not my fav scent, but the enzyme action is top notch. Four busy dogs - will buy this whenever needed.

I didn't realize how bad the smell was until I was playing with my pups and laid down on the rug. OMG! I had been nose blind. After reading lots of reviews, I settled on this product. I took my rug out on the driveway and pre-cleaned it with the dog urine shampoo. While it was still wet, I sprayed this product all over both sides of my 10x14 rug. I worked it into the rug with a carpet brush. I left it in the sun to dry. After the second day, I noted the faint scent of the product but NO URINE stench, which had been OVERWHELMING even outside, so I knew deep cleaning was needed. Once dry, I placed it back in my house. VIOLA! No more smell. At All! Since cleaning it, all my indoor critters behave and haven't used my rug to relieve themselves. I pulled out ALL MY RUGS after this and cleaned them all with the same result. You can count on this to return your rugs to their former glory! I'm ordering more right now!
