POOR QUALITY. A 50 lb 8 year old boy rode it 3 times and it broke. Purchased it for my grandson for Christmas. We decided to keep it at my house so he could have something to ride when he came here. Because of the weather, he wasn’t able to ride it until April. He rode it three times and the pin holding the handlebars broke, now the handle bars don’t control the front wheel. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

My son got it for Christmas, just started using it this spring, and it’s already broken.*update*Finally got in contact with customer service and received a replacement piece for the part that was broken. Scooter working now, but sheesh, it was complicated to get in contact with anyone.Only 3 stars because it was broken the first time we used it, and trying to get in contact with customer service is difficult.

My girls love this scooter. It works differently and you need to wiggle back and forth to make it go. It makes wide turns and the kids think it’s a lot of fun! It’s very well made, mostly metal, and easy to fold up and take in the car. They have gotten faster as they’ve learned how to get going on it. It would make a great gift.

My Daughter loved this scooter & it’s great that it can be folded down to fit in the car so we can take it with us when heading out on long walks which we have done a few times over Christmas. Great buy 😊

My 8 and 9 year old sons LOVED these at a friend's house. it was the only thing they wanted to play with for the 5 hours we were socially distanced playing outside at there house..So I figured, why not buy one for home.. help them get the exercise during homeschool recess time. Yes, a little expensive compared to other basic, traditional scooters I have purchased in the past, but this thing is legit.It has a strong, fast , easy to use HAND BRAKE. It folds up easily and compact, and stores away nicely in the shed.My kids set it up without my help, within minutes they were up and going.. only problem is now, I’m going to have to buy another one, so they stop fighting over itYou may want to buy elbow and knee pads as well, and make sure they're wearing helmets, this scooter can be a little dangerous , especially at first, it does take some time to get use to for sure!!but even my husband and I have fun riding this thing. 10/10 worth the investment.Strong, durable sturdy scooter, designed to last.Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend

I bought this for my son who absolutely loves riding it.I ran into an issue when one of the wheels bent out of shape. I reached out to support who immediately helped me identify the damaged part and quickly sent out a replacement. The repair itself was very easy and only took about 5 minutes.My son is now enjoying the scooter again.Overall a very good fun to ride scooter and the customer service is outstanding.Update May 2020 - Customer service continues to impress. Despite the scooter being well out of warranty they still helped me get a replacement part.Thanks

Update : Customer Service has finally made things right and replaced our scooter. The new scooter is much better quality so I believe we just got u lucky with the first one.After my 7 year old using it for less than a month, it is not holding up well. The grip pads on both foot parts is peeling off. So now her feet aren’t staying put when she pushes off, causing her to slip. Also, the brake is no longer working well, which is odd because she rarely uses it. It shouldn’t be worn out. It also has a wheel that we keep having to tighten because I guess the screw hole is stripped. Overall, we are no longer satisfied with the purchase. Which is such a bummer because she really enjoyed this toy at first.
