Advertised as "heavy duty" ratchet straps and I can confirm this is what I received. To test i wrapped them around a couple of wooden pallets and used the ratchet to see how tight they got - the wood was at the point of splintering and the ratchet was both simple to engage and strong enough to take the strain.An ideal use for this would be for tie downs in a trailer - they are definitely strong enough and quite wide also (5cm).Quality of all materials are excellent and while the asking price just shy of £40 seems high, you certainly get what you pay for.Yes I can recommend.
