The install was easy, the adjusters can get hard to turn. We use our truck for snow plowing in the winter and trailer towing in the summer and it is difficult to tell if it actually rides better.

I got 100,000 miles out of my last set. Exact fit and adjustable stiffness. I just replaced the fronts on a 06 Silverado 2500. Rears are still good after 1000,000.

I installed these on a 2006 2500HD GMC crew cab. They work as advertised and the adjustments work as advertised. The shock is physically beefier in all respects compared to my stock shocks. I'm able to turn up the firmness setting and gain much better control over my vehicle's suspension when I'm towing my large trailers. I didn't give it 5 stars for the following reasons:1) They don't provide installation instructions and tell you instead to refer the factory service manual. These shocks are different enough from the stock factory shocks that it will leave you guessing bit on how tight to tighten the provided nylock nut on top of the shock.2) They give you a nice silicone rubber boot to protect the shaft from the elements but then provide you with a very substandard zip tie to secure the lower part of the boot to the shock body. Why not provide a nice stainless steel clamp to secure the boot instead? I'll tell you why: $$3) They advertise 9 levels of adjustment but these only have 7. Functionality if still fine however.

Product worked well for my '04 Sierra 3500. Came quickly. Really only thing missing was installation instructions. Oh, and the red boot, which looks like it's the more expensive rubber expanding style, isn't. Instead, it's just a cheap plastic sliding boot, molded with ribs.

Lasted three months before they were bad on my 2500 GMC, I ended up buying bilstein 5100 Series and haven't had a problem yet.

Mine came from TSETruckStuff with free shipping and they came incredibly fast (just a few days). Installation was easy. For a 2004 Chev Silverado 3500 with Duramax I have these front shocks set on level 5 (range 1-9, soft-hard) and that seems good for now (3 on the back for unloaded). The real test will come when I load the camper in the bed and get into windy areas. I'll try to report back after that (probably after about 5 months).

Great ride and perfect fit. The adjustability is a nice feature if you tow a lot. Beefier shock than RS5000 so they should be better for hvy duty appl.

Easy install on teh Hummer H2. However, I have the shocks adjusted to the max, so no real use for the capabilties for tuning it down.

I purchased and installed four of these for my 2004 2500 HD Chevy. I have 110,000 miles on the truck. What an amazing difference it made! I wish I would have thought of this sooner. The shocks take out all of the little bumps and vibrations that I had become used to. Installation was pretty simple, it took about one and a half hours for the first one, and probably thirty minutes for the second one. I left the shocks in the middle position so far, and I am pleased with this. If you wanted to save some money, you could get the 5000s. The ride quality in the middle position is supposed to be the same as the 5000s. I decided on the 9000s because I figured why not have the adjustable feature. The fronts are easy to adjust, just reach behind the tire. The rears on the other hand are quite a bit tougher. Prepare to get dirty laying on the ground or grab some cardboard. Just a tip, once you have the tire off, you should grab a grease gun and hit any zerks that need to be greased while they are easily accessible.
