You will love this system. It has 2 lv1 lav mics which are 40 bucks each so you are getting a fantastic value for money. Excellent clear transmission with extremely low noise floor. In fact its a better noise floor than the rode wireless pro. The latency is super low at 6ms which is what the deity theos and wireless pro is at. For talking head interviews this is the one you need for pro quality audio.

Sound quality is not there, it picks up too much RF interference and makes it unusable. The build is very cheap and feels like it will not last. The microphones are so bad the quality of the audio is muffled and distorted. I would not recommend this as your first option due to its value for the money. It’s a shame that it used to be much more expensive. Not happy with my purchase.Xvive makes other great affordable prosumer handheld audio products unfortunately this doesn’t take the win!

Best feature for sure is user replaceable battery. You can also buy more for more hours of battery life and rest assure that you can swap them out at a shoot. Locking lav mic, a hold feature to lock the receiver and transmitter buttons so they can't get settings changed. Hot shoe receiver can face any direction and the screens are bright. While set in mono the system can use left and right to have a safety track. Easy system to use. I found the range without breaking up is about 150ft. Overall very pleased with the microphone. Good price for a mic with some Pro features.

The more I try to use this system the less I like it. No, the more irritated I get. Trying to film a podcast with the receiver just 10 ft away, and less, from the talent and the audio breaks up and clicks so much that it is distracting and not professional. Having previously purchased an XVive system, I was excited to see this product however now that I have been an owner for several months find it useless. I have spent hours which turned into days trying to troubleshoot this. From testing proximity to eliminating other RF sources and trying different channels to no avail. We have had to start and stop multiple takes of the same segments over and over again due to these faulty microphones. I came on Amazon today to start looking for a replacement product.

This thing is absolutely amazing. I’ve tried it for a few different things, but where it really shines for me is in its actual purpose. As a live drummer who streams on various platforms, it’s been a total game-changer. I can talk to the chat while playing drums, and it keeps everything running smooth and interactive.It’s super versatile too. If you’re into filming or videography, it’s perfect for stuff like interviews or any situation where you need two people in the shot and talking clearly.The sound quality is fantastic—super clean and professional. It’s reliable, easy to use, and just does the job. Definitely recommend this one!

I am in love with the U5! It is so easy to use, so reliable, and sounds fantastic. I get nothing but great results. The wireless signal is always strong and clean. The recorded sound is always crisp and clear. I love that it works well with not just DSLR's but with GoPros and phones as well. As a content creator, it is great to have the flexibility to be able to get quality audio no matter what device I am filming with, especially when traveling. Plus, like all XVive products, it is small and incredibly portable. I love not having to travel with bulky stuff. As a touring musician, that is a true gift.

I've been using a wired lapel mic for a while but the cable cans be a bit annoying. You have to run it through your shirt and since the cable is a bit longer than it needs to be, I find it often snags or get's stuck on things as I walk by.I bought this U6 microphone because it seems like a perfect solution to that problem. I've never seen a wireless mic system that doesn't require you to use a wired lapel mic. This transmitter has the mic built in which means 0 cables have to run down your shirt or hang at your waist. Super cool!Sound quality seems good. Nothing super crazy but on a cheaper wireless device like that I don't expect much more. It's definitely usable though and very convenient.I like that it comes with extra hook & loop adhesive pieces since if you're sticking them to your clothes the adhesive isn't going to last. The TRRS smartphone adapter is very helpful too, however if you have an iPhone you'll need to buy an additional lightning to 1/8th inch cable to use the U6 with your phone.All and all a good buy and I'll be using it to record my voice in video content from now on.

I had been looking for a wireless lavalier system for a while but didn't want to spend too much. I was mostly just looking for something I could use for interviews and youtube videos. However, I ended up liking it so much I let a filmmaker friend of mine use them for an independent film he was working on. So far he hasn't had any issues either. I also recently used them for some acting auditions and my agent seemed to like the way it sounded as well.The batter life was more than 6 and a half hours for me. Transmitters lasted longer than the receiver.The build seemed durable and sturdy. Plastic but not cheap.The features were user friendly. Didn't need the instructions at all.The mics were better than one would get with most lav kits. And they are threaded so they won't slip out.And it came with everything I feel I would need for it. Including a bag that easily holds everything.Not really anything negative to say.
