The Flow II Stainless (49288) is made from 409 Automotive-Grade Stainless Steel, and has a straight-through, zero-restriction construction with a louvred core wrapped in acoustic fiber. This design ensures great sound with low back-pressure. Our Dual Exhaust kits contain premium 2.5" pipes, with superior-quality mandrel bends that will improve the exhaust flow and may give you the boost in power and fuel economy normally found in much more expensive systems. Our pipes are aluminized to increase lifespan and durability, and are exclusively custom-bent for us in Springfield, MO. These pipes exit under the rear of the truck, parallel with the outside edge of the frame rail. They are designed to clear the OEM-installed receiver hitch and OEM-sized spare tire. The tailpipes are cut into two pieces for shipping, and swedged for easy slip-together assembly. Our system is designed to fit all wheel-base applications, simply trim the tailpipes to fit. This basic kit includes everything from the muffler to the bumper with stylish WELD-ON 18” Chrome Tips. Fits: 1988-2018 light- and medium-duty gas models of Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra, Dodge Ram & Ford F-Series EXCEPT '04-08 Ford. Fits only gas applications; fits only applications that came factory with a single inlet muffler! Only the muffler is made by Different Trend. Please be aware: THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE DIRECT FIT KIT. These systems are to be installed by an experienced, professional installer. FABRICATION MAY BE REQUIRED. Any type of suspension modification/wheel and tire altercation may affect system clearances. We DO NOT provide any portion of the exhaust in front of the muffler. Additional parts & fabrication may be necessary and is to be determined by the installer.

Item was delivered quickly and came with everything needed to mount on to my vehicle except an adapter to reduce down to the muffler pipe size but other than that it had everything else as far as hangers and all.

This exhaust fit beautifully. It’s not totally bolt on there is fine fab work required. A reciprocating saw and light duty welder will be needed. The bends fit good, there is plenty of room to make it fit just right. Once it’s on your truck will sound good. The muffler is every bit as good as the 400$ alternative. The install was done on a 2004 GMC Sierra 1500.

Installed on my truck, easy to install, fit well. Clamps are not the best but I added a small tack weld to the joints for strength. Very nice exhaust and it sounds great. Would buy again if I own another vehicle that needs exhaust.

Everything fit perfectly, installation was very simple. Made a very noticeable difference in hp and low end torque. Sound is very smooth and quiet at idle, very throaty under acceleration

Installed this on a 2018 Silverado by myself(took 4 1/2 - 5 hours) on the ground.Recommend 2 person installation but being in the auto repair industry for enough time and being picky about my vehicles appearance, it was a fun install for me. Had to use some of my old hangers off the factory and weld them in for a rock solid mount.All is good for the system after 15000 miles and has the sound I was looking for.The bends are in the right places.Great product for the price.Clamps are sufficient.Nice throaty deep sound.
