This item was easy to replace/instal and fits the grill as outlined. I'm disappointed, however, that it doesn't include new cotter pins to replace the old rusted ones with the rest of the grill pieces. It was hard to reuse the old cotter pins. I would look for an option that comes with new cotter pins next time.

It was a very easy install. Tips to make it easier for your do it yourselfer’s.1) have a pair of needle nose pliers to pull out the cotter pin on the old burners, if your careful you can re-use them. If not buy some at the local hardware store.2) have a pair of wire cutters to snip the ignition wire for each burner. It makes it easy to take out especially since your igniter screws will be rusted to the old burner.3) once you install the burners, igniters, and wires use some small zip ties to tidy up the excess wire. They do come with longer than expected wire, but you can make it tidy.4) if you have trouble lighting the burners, make sure the spark is lined up to hit the gas hole out of the burner. Note it will take some time for the gas to flow, be patient and don’t set yourself on fire. Over time the gas will eventually flow easier and light much quicker.5) replace the AA battery in the igniter button. Simply unscrew the push button, and put a new battery in.6) if you want to make it brand new, get new grates and grease drip pan. I didn’t, but I keep my pretty clean. Stove cleaner works great on the stainless steel to keep everything looking nice and fresh. For $40 the replacement parts are well worth the cost compared to a new BBQ.

These burners fit my NuGrill. Cost was amazing. For all four, I paid like 30 buck. At the big box retailers, each burner costs that. Good buy. Grill on, dudes.

Little dirty because I already put the grill to use but the parts fit great and seem better quality than the stock parts were to begin with. It's nive to have the striker working again. All new wiring comes with the kit and it was easy to change out all the parts even without directions. Don't be intimidated to replace the parts using this kit and save yourself almost $300 by not buying a new grill.

I liked how everything went in perfect without one single issue. I disliked that I had to use the BBQ after I put all in and get the nice stainless steel all dirty. I definitely recommend to anyone, if your BBQ is showing wear like flames really huge on one end and nothing on the other or like mine that the rust from the frequent use year round even in the snow, when I would take the grills out and clean the flavor trays or whatever they're called I can't remember, were so thin I couldn't even pick them up hardly because they would bend or fall apart, but this kit was so much cheaper than buying a new grill and so easy. I never done one before and I was shocked just how easy it was. I can't remember but I don't think it came with new pins for the burners, so be careful and straighten and clean the ones you take out just in case, because I had to search all over for the ones I took out and tossed over my shoulder. And these aren't regular cotter pins, they're super strong and hard to even bend. Next I want to get the slide in drip tray because it looks like swiss cheese barely holds together for cleaning. I wish I would have done it last year.

Update 2/12/24Well, I've had this item, which I mentioned below, is the second time I've purchased it. The igniters did not work. They continually shorted out. After hours of trial and error, I finally just replaced the igniter itself. Still shorts out. I've yet to find a way to plug the igniter ports, to track down which wire or wires are shorting out. Unfortunately, I did not save the old ignition wires, so I have nothing to compare. At this point, the only thing left is to buy new wires. I've considered installing new shrink insulation around the ends, but that won't help if there's a short in one or more of the wires. I'm fairly certain at this point, since when all the wires are attached to the new igniter, they don't cross short at the igniter. I hear it shorting out under the control panel. The manufacturer/vendor must have switched out the original wires for something cheaper from a different supplier, because these are definitely a problem, and I (apparently) am not the only customer having this problem. The time and frustration this has caused me is NO WHERE NEAR worth the $35 I paid for this kit. ** DO NOT BUY ** Save yourself the trouble.Original October 2023I purchased this product a little over two years ago. It fit my unit, and worked well. No complaints there. My second purchase should server as a pretty good product endorsement, but this item has some significant faults, too.The venturi tubes seemed to rot out very, very quickly. Within the first year, maybe a bit longer, the middle tubes were flaming high and yellow, indicating a tube leak or break. It's been getting progressively worse since, though I've just been putting off cleaning and rebuilding the grill again. When I did pull the gril apart today, I found that the baffles are in pretty good shape, doing much better than I expected. There was some corrosion, but I'm guessing that they'd last another year if I didn't have the new, shiny replacements. The ignitors have never been a problem, just keep the batteries fresh, and it starts first click, every burner, every time. But again, the venturi tubes where the problem. The two middle, most used, venturi tubes, had not only rotted out, i.e. large, horizontal "slashes" where the distribution holes used to be, but also broke in two. The propane was simply venting thru the end of both pipes (perfect, for burning meat to a crisp, if ya like that sort of thing; just use the back of the middle burners, but the front of those burners, were pretty much good as bun warmers only.).Product value was good for the price, and this time (third time) is likely the last time I'll rebuild this unit. The parts from this kit do make it operate like new. However, those venturi tubes should last 4 to 5 years (as OEM venturi's do). They are just way too thin, or the materials are somehow inferior, not sure which. They shouldn't degrade so quickly, or so badly.Next time doing this process, I'd definitely try to find a better venturi tube supplier.
