I wanted this as I was looking for some small bags to hang on my front bike rack to balance the load. With its mounting method, I don't know who the target market would even be, as it's a clunky mount and design. The bag itself is OK but needs the "iron support tray" to fasten to the bike. There is no way to attach it to an existing mount as the only fasteners on the bag are to close the top and to snap the shoulder strap onto. There are 2 ways to mount: drilling into your fork or to use 4 hose clamps. The kit comes with 3 hex screws and washers to mount it on the fork, but you'll need a tap to cut the threads. The size is not given. No way am I going to drill into my fork. The second way is to use 4 hose clamps. Rubber padding for the clamps is provided that you cut to measure. However, the "L-shaped" shelf mount is heavy, weighing in at 2lbs, 4oz (1025g). The tray would then stick out with the bag attached or not, and you'd have another 2 pounds added to the bike even when not needed.Again, there is no way to attach bag to fork or rack w/o this heavy steel shelf.Even with shelf rack, there is not a quick way to detach and reattach the bag. 2 nylon straps must be fastened or unfastened around the bag and tray/fork to lift it out. There are no clips to fasten it on or to un-clip off.The bag itself is OK with a dry-bag type roll top handle. Anything inside will stay dry.My conclusions? I'll use the bag for keeping things dry while canoeing or to strap to the top of (but not hang lower) my front bike rack. The mounting tray I might use to hold a fire extinguisher on the wall in the garage.2 stars: Maybe somebody has a bicycle that can handle this clunky mount. I saw a few forks on an online search that had 3 eyelets which might work.

This bag is awesome! I haven't tried mounting it to my bike yet but the bag itself is worth the purchase! Medium rigid, water proof, extra interior pocket and a shoulder strap. I may end up using this as my daily commute bag! Seriously. It seems very well constructed, has space for items like pens, tools, notepads, tablets... whatever. Can probably fit lunch in there too! It's not huge but having gotten it and used it now it's a very deceiving what you can carry in it.
