Works great once it is adjusted. Sliding the clamp is a little stiff. once in position it works as intended. It is a little pricy as all Microjig parts are.

The guy or gal that invented these should be given a prize. So simple in concept yet so flexible to use. I've made several jigs and just swap these clamps between them. I've had no issues with them and am still finding new uses for them,.

I already have the original, smaller Matchfit clamps with X-pads, which are very useful for certain aspects of my woodworking. These newer clamps are just as good, but have more height which has been helpful.

With the extra clamping capacity, the ability to clamp irregular shaped pieces and being able to set the clamp jaw so that it doesn’t slide down, makes these clamps a great addition to my workshop.
