Sometimes I want to keep my cats in a room, or out of a room. This is the perfect solution. The door is well made and works as advertised. I am not sure what happened, but one ended up without the door knob. It could have been lost by the guy I hired to install it in my summer cabin, or as he reported, the knob was not in the box. I wanted the cat door in place when I returned in the spring, so I hired someone to do the job. He installed the door for me and when I got there, I found the knob missing. I wrote to the seller and promptly received a replacement knob. So, the door is very cute and works well. I have had several compliments on how clever the door is. I was so pleased I bought and installed a 2nd one.

My large kitties needed a door to their litter boxes that keeps the puppy out. I loved this because it matched the same shape as my bedroom door. I’m glad I went with the XL, my 3 cats are 13-16 lbs and have to crouch a little bit but fit through just fine.Instructions were very simple and helpful. However you will definitely need a jigsaw and drill to make things easier. This project cannot be done on the living room floor. The frame pieces slide into eachother so cut the template out along the outside of the bold line. I made the cut too tight and had to sand the edges to get them to fit. If you cut on the outside of the template, you’ll still have about a half inch of wiggle room so don’t worry too much about the cut being perfect. This project took me around 30 minutes total!

This adorable little door is so easy to install. The quality is great. One of my favorite features is the windows so my cat can see out. It closes very easy and I like the locking feature so he can be kept safe on the other side when he needs to be. We got the largest size to make sure he fit through ok and it was more than big enough for him.

So happy. It is super cute and we easy enough to install. I love that it is able to lock open. Also, my 28 pound cat fits thru just fine.

The door works well. Unfortunately, one of my cats is very tall so he has to hunch down and scoot on his belly to get through the door. I wish they had a taller option so he could just walk though.
