Yep it's expensive. It's metal and the battery life is fantastic. 6+ hours of daylight-visible strobes on blink. I've dragged this through several thousand miles of biking during the covid hysteria without a single problem. This sits atop my literal pile of destroyed and missing rear lights.

This light is insanely bright - seriously, it’s comparable to police lights how bright they are! The brightness is on another level, even during the day. this light is a game-changer!

Nice to have this additional safety. It’s good to be seen when you’re out there.

Love the build quality, it feels solid and well designed with IP67 sand & water proof. It comes with the build in metal spring loaded clip so it's handy for bikes with rear basket, just clip on and ready to go.It's bright, very bright even in the day with full sunshine in summer when you turn on the HIGH Flashing mode.Even it's just the entry level model with max 65 lumens compare to its brother with 125 lumens (Flash mode), it's still highly visible to motorist behinds you.The only draw back is the unclear description of changing between different power outputs. I can never switch to the group riding mode at 3 lumens. The 5 modes I can trigger are only:HIGH (Steady) > HIGH (Flash) > HIGH (Strobe) >> LOW (Steady) > LOW (Flash)">" = PRESS ONCE, and ">>" = QUICKLY PRESS TWICE

This is much brighter than it needs to be. Probably dazzles drivers even on the low setting. I bought the bigger one to get additional battery life on low, and it isn't working out great. It won't survive a long day trip on low, so you have to strategize when you will turn it on so as not to get stuck in the dark or on roadways without it.The good: The attachment points are great for webbing, which was the biggest selling point to me. I wish more lights attached with firm spring steel clips like this. Not only does it have a firm clip that won't snap, but it also has a little retention shelf molded in to help keep webbing in place under the clip. It's a great retention design and materials for a clip. The requisite: The waterproofing seals work. It never falls off. You would be surprised how many other plastic clip based designs fall off when jumping a curb that does not have wheelchair cutouts. The bad: The switch on this thing is trash. It takes 10+ pushes to get it to work and I have very strong hands. Locating the precise location on the switch that will get it to actually work is very difficult. The nitpick: This thing throws a fairly directional light, so it is very difficult while riding to see if it's actually on unless it's pitch black outside. Couple that with the poor switch design and that means you pretty much have to unmount and fidget with the thing to both turn it on and confirm that it's on.The battery in this is a bag battery of suspect quality based off of other people's failures, which means that you're going to have to go to aliexpress to order a replacement if you don't destroy it while opening the thing and solder in a new one. I expect this thing to last no more than 2 years, which is kind of bad for the price.I suggest finding something else unless the webbing attachment is absolutely necessary for you. Frankly, I think I would have been happier with a cheap Fenix or Niterider.

I don't know why this isn't clearer in the instructions, but for anyone wondering why there seems to only be two modes, or who can't find the group ride mode, double press the button to change brightness settings! The bright modes are VERY bright, even on the 65 lumen light. I bought both the 65 and 125 because I wasn't sure what the difference would be, and the 65 is plenty for daytime visibility. The 65 is also smaller (the 125 is taller because it has an extra bulb), so keep that in mind if you're short like me and have a small seatpost area available for attaching a light. The 125 that I received was also silver, whereas the 65 was black, so for those who like to color coordinate that could be important information too. Anyway, I'm very satisfied with this purchase so far!

Very bright light especially when it's on flash mode. The battery seems to last a long time. I have yet to charge it but I only use it when I'm on a road or it's getting dark on the path. So far it's a good item. No regret.
