I had one of these but didn’t realize for a year it was worn down and hardly worked I thought I was doing something wrong. I bought this one new and oh my GOSH how easy it is to use!!!! I make corsets and I love this product truly I would buy another one in heartbeat

This broke in half im 5 ft with a small frame I could believe it when it broke on me it was also very difficult to use and waisted a lot of my time. I since then I purchased a new one that is very easy to use and doesn’t waist my time .

I use this to install rivets on my kydex holsters and knife sheaths. Does a good job crimping the rivets, but does seem to be cheaply made. If you do a lot of work with one of these, it might not hold up for a long time with have use.

I am so glad I got this. It was a good deal with all the grommet eyelets and the press. A multiple size press is totally the way to go, as I got tired of matching my hand presses to the correct size grommet. Plus the kit comes with hundreds of eyelets, so you will have a hard time running out.I attached the press to a piece of wood so it would be more stable and easier to move and it works great.

Works well most of the time but you have to control the downward direction or it can bite one side way more than the other leaving a half-moon crimp which will fall apart. Using low grade metal rings will double the failure rate. It does have the power needed to peirce thicker fabrics but again, you have to use high quality metal rings or the first 1 - 2 attempts will just waste the rings trying to cut through the fabrics.
