These are difficult to build for a reason. The holes are mis-drilled (see my picture). The result is that the chairs can not look right. The back will be unlevel and this looks terrible given the fact that the chairs have the pattern they do. I'm really annoyed that this wasted my time and money. Why not just 1 star you ask? Because the return was processed without issue: Instant approval and free return. Side note: I also purchased the smaller version on this chair and those were fine. But these larger ones were defective.

Wonky aligned screw holes, do not match up, similar as to another reviewer. Last two screws took an hour an hour to get in. Could do it fine when not going through the chair, straight into the cushion. Once going in through the chair into the cushion they would not screw in.Once together the chair was misaligned, seat and back didn't align, looked crocked.Sat well, stiff, but what I need for the time being.

EDITED REVIEW -- I was able to attach 3 of the 4 screws to the backs of two chairs (with much difficulty and virtually wrestling with the chair). I NEVER GOT FROM THE SELLER!!The chairs appear to be sturdy and comfortable, but I couldn't assemble them. The holes in the backrest don't align with the frame. I am trying to reach the seller to discuss options. I bought 6 chairs, and may need to send all 6 back. Right now I am focusing on resolving this because I would like to keep them if I can get backrests with holes that align correctly.

I needed to replace my chair at my desk, the seat was wooden and hard to sit on to long. I searched on Amazon and found these chairs. They are soft & comfortable. I ordered the set of 2. They were very easy & quick to put together, in like maybe 20 minutes. Just 8 screws. Four screws for the seat & four screws for the back. Done. I put one chair in my bedroom, so I don't have to sit on the bed anymore. Very, very comfortable. I'm 5"2, so my feet are flat on the foot. I don't have that other chair cutting into the back of my leg. This chair is sturdy, wide & holds up to 300 pounds. So I don't have to worry about it breaking down. Thank you to the -Clatina chair company. Love it...

We purchased 4 chairs and 1 of the arm rests was damaged. See attached photo. Between unpacking and assemble, it took two people 2 hours to fully assemble 4 chairs. Everything fit perfectly, and it was a breeze to assemble. We love these chairs. They are both sturdy and attractive. We chose these chairs because of the weight allowance and look. We are not interested in returning anything.In closing, please let me know if there is any possibility of you sending us an arm rest?

This chair is a good product. It is wide, sturdy, and well padded. It is comfortable to sit in. I wanted a sturdy chair to do chair exercises in and this is perfect for that. I recommend it to everyone.

I ordered the chair as it was a Big & Tall person capacity, but I had a problem with it very soon after I received it. It had to be a fluke type thing. At any rate, I had to go directly to the Seller as it was out of the Amazon return window when I noticed the problem. And, it was at that point that I was so very pleasantly helped by that Seller. I provided some photos of my problem, and within a week I had a replacement chair delivered to my door. I haven't put the chair together yet, but I feel exceedingly sure that this will be it and that this chair will last. I inquired if I could buy the product damage insurance during the replacement process, but the Seller told me outright not to buy it as the chair has a three year insurance period with it when purchased. Chair arrived early with some damage to the package which was taped over. No damage to the product. Assembly took less that 15 minutes for two adults. Four bolts of one length, four bolts of another length, all fastened in place with the included allen wrench. Instructions were simple and very easy to understand. Chair is firm yet comfortable. Seat is nice and wide (5'10" 285lbs) and has about 1" of adjustment that can be made while assembling. Back rest height reaches middle of my back. Legs are metal and very sturdy. No wobble or shaking of chair when in use or not. So far, chair is better than advertised and I am very pleased with it.
