Received a defective product with an issue with one of the parts, contacted the seller and tried to resolve it - after going back and forth for days on WhatsApp the seller finally said just contact Amazon. So I asked for a new part as one of the parts was defective, seller said to contact Amazon. Amazon said there’s nothing they can do about it unless I want to de-assemble the whole thing and leave it on my front porch. It took all my effort as a female alone to lift this to the third floor of my apartment, so I was not keen on having to do it again. Just decided to keep it, but I would not recommend buying this especially for the price.

It’s a little shallow with all the pillows on it, but it’s very comfortable. I’m pleased with this purchase.
