The poles had a bungee running through them like any other tent. But they weren't secured in the bungee came through the poles. Almost impossible to thread the bungee back through the poles. Happened with more than one pole. Update. Customer service contacted me about my complaint. And offered a refund and refunded me. So I have to say their customer service was awesome

Works well for my short-bed Tacoma. Covers the entire length with my tailgate down, and was rainproof on our weekend trip. Very cozy for two adults and a toddler. Room to put an air mattress and plenty of height to stand (it's very tall!). Seams are sturdy, and fabric is thick without being too stuffy. Easy to pack and to repack when finished. Recommend!

Did not receive the 9 tie down straps to keep the tent on truck. Please send the straps.

The black pocket on the right front of the tent was sewed incorrectly. The top of it was sewed shut and the bottom was open. Makes it really hard to install the tent pole correctly.

Shame on us for not checking. We thought this would be 100% ready to go tent. We found some areas torn. The color coordination was easy set up.Can’t have sex because I’m afraid the wind will rip right through it!!

The end that firs over the corner by the cab needs to be redo so the poles sit on the bed edge.

The tent moved to one side when it rained water started to leak inside.
