My home has two outdoor freeze proof Woodford wall faucets and they are almost 30 years old now. Last year I bought one of these kits to repair one of the faucets on my house, and I want to do the same repair on the other faucet before it starts leaking.This kit contains all the things that usually wear out or break on these faucets. Some other kits are way more expensive and contain additional parts that seldom need to be replaced. The current $37 price tag is comparable to most major hardware stores that carry these (but you usually have to order them). However, they can be found for about $10 less add some online plumbing supply houses.Note that this kit does not contain instructions on how to disassemble the faucet and do the installation repair. This is the main reason for taking off one star. However, there are a number of YouTube videos available to show you what you need to know. Just do a search for "Woodford model 25".
