My 20 year old Trane furnace wasn't reliably going through the lighting sequence during the heating season. After replacing the flame sensor and ignitor, this was next on the list and it resolved my problem. Recommend taking a few photos so you put everything back right, and disconnect the old one carefully - connecting the wires to the new panel following the label. At least one of the wire connectors on the new panel was different than the one I removed, so I had to pay attention.

Furnace is a 2006 and started to fail frequently. Culprit seemed to be the main connector. I nursed it along for quite awhile, but decided to try a replacement. Instructions were clear and after carefully checking all the connections on this new one it's been great. No failures yet.The old board had a cracked and burned spot on the back side where that main connector was soldered in, so I'm pretty confident it's fixed.

Local AC repair was unsure of the issue with my furnace. They replace one sensor for $200 and several weeks later it was still not working properly. I was told that they wanted close to $500 to replace the board. For that price difference, I did it my self.Fairly easy to swap boards. Took 15 minutes and fixed my issue with the furnace. The photo of the board shows a plastic cover over it. My original board did not have this, and I was a little bit concerned. The one I received looked more like my original board without the cover. The board was updated from the original, but was a perfect fit and match

I purchased this product as a direct replacement for my furnace and called my hvac guy to install it. The board was defective per my technician as it started smoking as soon as it was installed. I immediately reached out to North America Hvac to inform them of my issue and included the invoice provided by my technician and they refused to honor a full refund. They charged me a restocking fee because they sent me a defective product. I’ve since ordered a replacement from a different company, had it installed, and it works perfectly.
