Used this on my pool cover after two days of rain.. I used to use a bigger pump and had to hold it in the water to drain it off, but this is so much easier. Its smaller size allows it to be set on the cover and it drained almost all the water off.. Just a tiny puddle remained in the very middle of my pool cover, but that was fine with me. Definitely recommend for the price!

It "worked" the first few days but never produced a steady stream of water even though the area to drain was 6" deep. It surged and stopped, surged and stopped. Then it quickly died altogether and never worked again.

This pump works very well, far better than our last one, and it's super quiet. My only complaint is that it's primarily plastic, so it's not very heavy. This is great for moving it around, but it keeps trying to float out of the sump pump spot when the water starts going up. I used a bar across the top to hold it down, but our old one was all metal and held itself in place. I do overall far prefer this pump though! I can't hear it running at all unless I'm in the basement, and it never gets wet down there anymore which is a problem we had with the last pump!

When I got this the first thing I was curious about is how much water it can pump, so I put it in my pool and first tested the head. Listed head is 10.5 feet, and it accomplished that no problem. The second thing I checked was the GPH. with no hose or attachments hooked up to the pump, it filled up a 5 gallon bucket in 23 seconds, which comes out to 765 gph. That's really good since the ad says it's rated at 450 gph.It performed better than the advertised rating, so I have to give it 5 stars

The pump does a great a job and is quite powerful. The included additional hose adapters allow you to use other size hoses which maximize the full potential of the pump. The pump included hose limits the amount of water it pumps. It collapses on itself as well, it’s a joke.

This was perfect for my outdoor water fountain. It has an adjustable flow. The pump has held up very well over the past months with no issues. It was very easy to assemble and use.

After the hurricane, I had tarps that had trapped a large amount of water and needed to be drained. I ordered this little pump and it was the perfect solution. I just hooked up the provided hose, dropped into the 'tarp bubble', and it started pumping. This is a very good product that seems to be pretty well made and was easy to use. I was very pleased with how well it worked and at a very inexpensive cost. I can see using this for other issues in the future.
