My first two bags were busted due to the handling of UPS. I reached out to Alliance Chemical and asked if they could maybe package the BA in bubble wrap. They didn't hesitate to do so. I received my product today, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you!

This product is advertised incorrectly/fraudulently as a powder when it is most definitely consists of hard granules. Additionally when my return was requested they 1) charge a restocking fee 2) charge you postage to send their inappropriately listed product back. It is useless to my company in its current form and due to incorrect labelling should be accepted postage free.
