A Closer Look
1-3/16 INCH ADAPTER
The 1-3/16-inch adapter is compatible with most FWD vehicles with new style tie rods, the 1-5/16-inch adapter is compatible with most RWD and most vehicles with racks and pinion power steering with new style tie rods.
EASY TO USE
The inner tie rod can be easily removed and installed by slipping the socket over the tie rod end and connecting it to a driver.
FOR YOUR STEERING GEAR
Measure your inner tie rod wrench point (width of the base just above the thread on the new tie rod end) and compare to included adaptor sizes. The 1-7/16-inch adapter is compatible with most cars with saginaw in the steering gear.

this is a nice heavy duty tool with nice features. cons: it does not work on smooth inner tie rods. must have at least one that has flat area. I could not use for reason. had to order a different tool otherwise a very nice tool

Does not fit Ford econo sport, does not fit Ford F150 not happy , can I return for a refund, Chrysler 200 does not work

It looked well made but didn't work correctly it slipped when trying to use it. I was ready to do a video and give alot of praise on the job it supposedly was to do.I had to go to a local parts store and rent one instead...

Product claimed to be for my inner tire rods and did nothing but slip off and round tire rod! Would be cheaper to just buy a new thumb wrench

gave t 5 stars on the way it is built seems pretty heavy dutyhowever it didn't fit the 2008 dodge caliber i bought it for even tho it supposed to fit majority of chrysler ford and gmi am going to keep the tool anyway for the price
