I wanted to hang my new extension ladder on the side of my house since it was too long to store inside. I saw this ladder hanger and thought, "That might work." The hardware and hanger itself are very heavy-duty. I mounted the hanger arms on my house's side, which worked great. After a few months, it is still holding my ladder.

Ordered these Trailer Ladder Racks - Fit for Cargo & Enclosed Trailer Exterior Side Applications - 800 LB Rating - for my enclosed work trailer. I do repair & remodel work on mostly houses and have to keep most of my tools in trailer to have quick access on a job. Also, I've always had to load ladders on an old pipe rack on top of truck and always had to climb up on truck to reach ladders and take off & then climb back up and load at end of job. Had gotten very tired of it, so I started looking at other options in stores and online and saw these heavy duty ladder racks listed, and the way their made, and ordered. When receiving these, I knew they were made from good material as they were heavy. I like the design and way their made. Each arm/gusset is welded and made from alloy steel. Also like they were pre-drilled holes for installation, along with hardware to install. When installing these, it took couple hours to complete, but I drilled holes all way thru wall as I will leave them on permanently. These were a life saver for me and time saver as well. Now, I just leave both ladders on my trailer 24x7. Anytime I need them on job, they are always handy and few steps away. Also, no more climbing up on top of my truck to take them off and/or to reload. They are finished in black matte powder coat paint. Love these racks!. Also use them to hang extension cords on, haul lumber, pipe and rolls of wire. They come with a (1) year warranty and that certainly gives peace of mind. I have to give them a (5) star rating
