These shipped fast, but did not fit my 1998 Ford F150. EBC brakes are the best pads money can buy.If the pads would have fit I would have given 5 stars!

I never leave reviews, good or bad but for these I will. I am a Tech with 25+ years in the industry. I needed new brakes on my truck and wanted an upgrade. So I purchased these. Worst mistake ever, I will be replacing them this weekend with OEM, Napa, anything but EBC. Super noisy, like so bad I removed and inspected them. Reinstalled and it won't stop screeching and squalling anytime I hit the brakes. So much dust, I will have to clean my rims everyday if I wanted to see any white. To sum it up do not ever buy EBC, unless you enjoy wasting money and time. Btw paired them with EBC rotors all the way around. Wasted $800.00.

Bought the 6000 series for the rear of my F150 and the 7000's for the front and these brakes have great stopping power especially when pulling a trailer not equipped with trailer brakes.

Absolutely awesome pads, major difference in braking, way more stopping grip with less pedal effort. Best street pad hands down.

These were supposed to fit my f150 but didnt. I went out of the country and by the time I got back they said I couldn't return them. I don't know why. They are new in the box

First off... ZERO brake dust on my 08 F150 now... any F-150 owner knows the stock pads are DUSTY! These are awesome, they stop the truck so fast. Only small complaint is they are tiny bit louder than the stock ones..but oh well.

I bought these pads to go with the EBC Dimpled and Slotted Sport Rotors for my 2009 Ford F-150 Platinum. I am stationed overseas in the UK and my factory original brakes were starting to go. I had a hard time finding a parts supplier where I could get good pads and upgraded rotors shipped to me without costing me hundreds of dollars. I was very pleased with the time it took to arrive and in a great condition. Once I had them installed, I was extremely pleased with my purchase. These brakes are very unique compared to other brands. I'm sure that if you are reading this review, you've read up on EBC products by now and understand the differences in the series and colors. Make sure you get the right style for your vehicle. One thing I learned during this process was that ceramic pads are not recommended for heavier vehicles like my Ford truck. I didn't know that before. And the slotted/dimpled rotors are a great upgrade to the factory installed equipment making stopping much easier.I have to say that the first time I had to stop fast, these pads were fantastic. It was immediately night and day over the original pads. Something that came up during my install was these pads come with a small layer of grit almost like heavy duty sandpaper installed as the top layer of the brake pad. This helps the pads wear in the rotors so they fit together the right way. This grit stays on for a few hundred miles and once it is gone, you've essentially broken in the pads/rotors. At first, this grit caused my brakes to stick making it physically harder for the wheels to turn, but with a little gas it would take off without effort. Once I applied the brakes a few times, this "stickiness" went away. This actually surprised the brake technician as he had never seen these installed before. This has no negative impact on the brakes or rotors, but you need to be aware that it may be something you see during your install.I highly recommend EBC brand pads and their matching rotors and I will make this upgrade on my next vehicle right away instead of waiting for the factory equipment to wear out.Happy Braking! ~ Mike
