I cross referenced this exact part number with 3 different websites. It is not a direct fit. Modifications will be needed. Went another route.

1998 Chevy 1500, does fit but the factory muffler has about 5 inches between the inlets, and this one has about 3. So I had to squeeze them together. It was a pain but ultimately it fit. The rear port was just fine.
