The box arrived open because of defective tape. The UPS guy asked to wait so I could determine if everything was present as expected. HAIL UPS! Everything was there, though it turned out to be unworkable.

I wanted a simple, well-working vacuum cleaner without all of the gimmicks of hoses that get in the way, expensive filters and I wanted a light weight design. This vacuum conformed to all of those requirements. I bought it as a "Amazon return" and got a great deal on it also.I highly-recommend this product.

This vacuum is wonderful! My company has used Hoover products for years, and we recently switched to this vacuum. It has wonderful suction, it stops when it snags on something, and it is extremely light weight! For those of you who own a company, you know it is very important to not have your cleaner using a vacuum daily that weights 30-50 lbs. Packing a heavy vacuum up staircases and walking with it for long distances can not only be a drain, but it takes a toll on the body. This vacuum is perfection, and it is exactly what I have been searching for to satisfy my cleaners and my clientele. Recommend to all for personal or commercial use!

Excellent maneuverability very lightweight, suction power is mediocre, and there is no hose or one to use for crevices or to upholstery
